Loop

Loop is a macOS app that makes window management a breeze. You can easily pick your window direction with a radial menu that pops up with a quick key press. Plus, you can tweak it to match your style with custom colours and settings. Moving, resizing, and arranging your windows takes just a few clicks, saving you tons of time and energy.
I discovered Loop from a Discord user who sent it in a server I'm active in, and I was interested, since Rectangle Pro, which was the window manager I was using at the time, hadn't gotten an update in years, and a new active developer for a tool I would constantly use sounded intriguing.
After trying it out, and enjoying the feature set it provided, I still felt as though some features were missing, such as the ability to use the application without the radial menu appearing, as when using the keyboard to manipulate windows, there was no true benefit of it appearing. So I then started to become active on the GitHub repository, submitting bugs and providing feature requests, till the point where the sheer amount of features that Loop was applying, left little space for organisation and understanding for users to find what they needed.
In turn, just for fun, I had started working on the idea as if I were the one who were to develop the app and started designing possible UI layouts for what would, in my eyes, be the perfect window manager for macOS.
Before I got too far, I proposed the idea of me designing the UI for Loop to the developer (Kai), which was quickly agreed upon and was filled with overwhelming support.
After many iterations and discussions, Kai, another avid user and supporter of Loop, Kami, and I launched Loop v1. Featuring a vibrant new look, many feature enhancements, and significant support on Twitter.
We spent hours crafting and perfecting a design, and fully custom interactions, details, and ideas for one of the best window managers available on macOS, which is also free and open source :)
Loop is currently in not-so-active development due to Kai's education, but it is still supported and is worked on intermittently, with team members in close and common contact.
